COACH GIDEON GAMBLE, DIRECTOR OF BASKETBALLĀ 

Gideon Gamble has devoted his life to learning the game and strives to help others learn as well. He has a passion for working with and mentoring young athletes and takes pride in being a man of high character. He looks to instill that in every young athlete he comes across.

Gamble is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and a graduate of Westlake (GA) High School (‘08) where the school achieved a record of 112-15 during his time as a player. As a student-athlete at Westlake (GA), he became an All-State and All-Region selection, as well as MVP of the GA All-Star Game.

Gamble attended Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina, where he received a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship in 2012. He played 106 games for the Winthrop Eagles, winning a Big South Championship and playing in the NCAA tournament in 2010.

Gamble went on to play professionally in the NBA G-League and internationally seven years. He’s played for the Lakers, Sixers and Pacers affiliate teams while in the G-league. Internationally, he played in Mexico, Japan, Dominican Republic, China, Lebanon and Canada.
